| 摘 要： | 由于难加工材料的不断出现，对刀具的要求越来越高，因此有必要通过PCVD（等离子化学气相沉积技术）方法给其表面涂镀陶瓷薄膜Si3N4-BN来提高寿命。陶瓷薄膜相比其它方法，具有耐磨性、耐腐蚀性特点，恰是解决这些问题的关键。

| Abstract: | As the difficult processed materials advent and the requiring of the tool becomes higher and higher recently, it is necessary to improve the life by the way of PCVD- coating ceramic Si_3N_4-BN. In comparison with other ways, ceramic coat has a character of abrasion and corrosion resistance and this is just the key point of solving this problem. |
