插装型液压锥阀内部流场的三维动态仿真分析

摘    要:按照实际使用的插装型锥阀的参数,应用CAD软件建立了锥阀的三维几何模型。采用动网格技术,对锥阀阀芯在静止和运动两种状态时阀内的流场进行了数值模拟和可视化分析。且在仿真过程中,使用了自适应网格技术,有利于提高解的精度。所进行的研究工作为以后对阀的设计和性能优化提供了依据。

Abstract:The 3-D geometric model of the poppet valve is established by utilizing the CAD software, according to the parameter of the in-service cartridge poppet valve. Numerical simulations and visual analysis of the flow filed in the poppet valve are obtained by setting the dynamic mesh.In the procedure of the simulation,the adapt mesh is adopted, which is helpful to improving the precision. The study for the valve has offered the significant reference to designing the valve and optimizing the performance.
