摘    要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼铁总厂现有烧结工艺存在的不足,对烧结设备和工艺等进行了改造,如建设混匀料场、改造球盘造球工艺、厚料层烧结等。改造后烧结各项指标得到了改善,每台烧结机节省投资400万元。

Abstract:; With regard to the deficiency of sintering process used by General Ironmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the sintering plant and sintering process were upgraded involving in building blending yard, improving the pelletizing process by balling disc and the sintering operation with high bed depth. After upgrading, various indexes for sintering operations were improved so that 4 million yuan RMB for investment for each sintering machine was saved.
