埋入混凝土式压电陶瓷声-压特性的路径映射分析

摘    要:将压电陶瓷埋入混凝土结构构成压电埋入式混凝土机敏模块,它是利用压电陶瓷的逆电压效应对混凝土健康状况进行实时在线检测。为了提高接收端检测数据的可靠性,本文采用对压电陶瓷在混凝土中传输声能信号进行路径映射方法研究其传播规律。该方法是基于形函数插值运算的一种后处理技术,能将机敏模块中的位置结果信息映射到模型的任何路径上,通过提取不同路径上的声压能量信息,从而分析压电埋入式中声能的传播规律。实验表明:振源附近声场能量最大,其径向方向能量衰减迅速;能量声压值与映射半径服从乘幂函数衰减特性;对声压值进行不同角度的分析还表明,除径向方向外,声压值与映射角度呈递减特性。

Abstract:Piezoelectric smart concrete module is consist of concrete-embedded piezoelectric ceramics,which can perform the real-time health status detection for concrete structures by applying the inverse voltage effect of piezoelec?tric ceramic. Targeting at improving the data reliability in the receiving terminal,a path mapping method of detecting the pressure of the transmitting supersonic energy signals is employed to study the energy propagation law of the piezoelectric ceramics in concrete in this paper. This method is a post-processing technique based on the interpola?tion operation of shape function,which could map the position information of a smart module into any specified virtual path. Furthermore,by extracting the supersonic pressure from different energy paths,the transmission law of super?sonic energy of piezoelectric ceramics embedded in concrete can be obtained. The results of experiment indicate that the energy closed to the vibration source is the maximum of the corresponding supersonic field,the energy in the radi?al decays rapidly,the energy supersonic pressure values and the mapping radius obey to the power attenuation charac?teristic. Moreover,the analysis of supersonic pressure values varying in different mapping angles also points out that the supersonic pressure values and the mapping angles also obey to decrement features except in the radial direction.
