新型陶瓷减水剂的合成研究

摘    要:合成了一种新型聚羧酸系高效减水剂(MPC),并与两种传统无机减水剂的减水效果进行对比。表征了MPC的分子结构,探讨了MPC的分散稳定机理。研究表明:MPC具有梳形分子结构,其减水效果优于无机减水剂三聚磷酸钠等,当其用量为0.2%时即可达到三聚磷酸钠用量为0.5%时的减水效果。

Abstract:polycarboxylic series of water reducer named MPC was synthesized.Choose two other traditional water-reducing agents to compare with MPC.The study shows that the comb-like-structured MPC has a superior water-reducing efficiency to inorganic water reducers such as sodium tripolyphosphate.When the usage of MPC is 0.2%,it has the same water-reducing efficiency as sodium tripolyphosphate using 0.5%.
