钢渣显微构造和特性及其在混凝土中的应用研究

摘    要:目前我国钢铁工业中钢渣的排放量较大,但是钢渣的利用率却远远低于其它国家。为更好地利用钢渣、必须充分了解钢渣的显微构造及特性。利用光学显微镜研究了钢渣及钢渣混凝土的显微构造特征,借助显微硬度测试仪研究了钢渣自身及钢渣混凝土的显微硬度,为钢渣代替砂石集料在混凝土中应用提供显微构造方面的研究基础。

Abstract:At present,steel slag emits largely in iron and steel industry in China,but the utilization rate of steel slag is much less than other countries.For efficient utilization of steel slag, its microstructures and characteristics must be adequately clarified.In this paper the microstructures and the micro-hardness of steel slag and steel slag concrete were researched respectively by optical microscopy and micro-hardness tester.The results indicate that steel slag may be substituted for gravel-sand aggregate in concrete.
