摘    要:本文在AMESim软件中建立了共轨喷油器计算模型,应用蒙特卡洛方法分析了共轨喷油器重要参数对于喷油器性能(如喷油量)影响的敏感性,研究了不同工况下衔铁升程、进油量孔流量、出油量孔流量、针阀与针阀座面角度差、油嘴喷孔流量、弹簧预紧力、弹簧刚度等参数对于喷油量的影响,得到了各个工况下喷油量的波动范围及不同共轨喷油器参数对于喷油量影响的线性回归系数。

Abstract:The AMESim calculation model of the common rail injector has been established in this paper and sensitivity analysis of important parameters affecting common rail injector performance was finished by using MonteCarlo method.Under different conditions, the impact of armature lift,flow rate of the inlet orifice and outlet orifice,angle difference between needle and needle seat,flow rate of the nozzle hole,spring force and spring stiffness on the injector performance,such as the injection quantity,has been studied.The fluctuation range of fuel injected and the regression coefficients of the parameters in common rail injector were obtained.
