蠕墨铸铁缸体试验研究

摘    要:为了适应柴油机功率增大,进行了用蠕墨铸铁制造LR4108缸体试验。采用引爆法进行蠕化处理,蠕化剂是RESiFe,引爆剂是REMg合金。试制的缸体材料性能达到RuT300的要求,蠕铁缸体顺利通过按灰铁缸体工艺流程进行的机械加工,并通过了致密性试验。

Abstract:To keep pace with power increasing of diesel engines a trial to adopt vermicular iron for production of LR4108 model cylinder block was carried out. The ferrosilicon-rare earth was used as vermicularizing alloy, and ferrosilicon-rare earth-magnesium alloy was used to stir the molten iron. Mechanical properties of the material for the trial cylinder block have met requirements of RuT300 grade of vermicular iron. The vermicular iron cylinder block has passed successfully through the machining process flow used for machining the gray iron blocks, and passed through the compactness test.
