| 摘 要： | 针对北京地铁复八线各变电站开关柜端子接线易受机车运行引起松动及联络线运行方式的变化造成备投装置误动的现象 ,分析对比了 3种改进方案 :方案 1为取进线 1与进线 2的常开触点、常闭触点组成异或逻辑作为备投的闭锁开入 ;方案 2为加装切换开关 ,取其一对触点作为备投的闭锁开入 ;方案 3为增加一组带自保持的双位置继电器端子 ,取其常开触点作为备投的闭锁开入 ,过流、手分、遥分进线时触点闭合 ,手合、遥合进线时触点返回 ,这样既可以防止联络开关作进线时引起的自投问题 ,也无需运行人员对各自投进行任何操作 ,符合现场运行要求。方案 3为最终解决方案。

| Abstract: | Three improved practicable schemes are proposed and contrasted to avoid the misoperations in the reserved auto-switch-on device CSB21A in the Beijing Fuba-line underground substations caused by the run of motorcycle and the change of the connective line's operation mode . The scheme 3 using a group of double-signal relay's constant opening nodes to closedown the reserved auto-switch-on is selected and proposed from the three schemes. The operating reliability of the CSB21A is improved. |
