拉伸细化牦牛毛形态与结构的变化

摘    要:拉伸细化后牦牛毛表面形态与内部结构均发生变化,细度明显变细,且实际细化率远超理论细化率.实验结果表明:牦牛毛拉伸细化后鳞片高度增加,鳞片之间距离增大,纤维截面呈椭圆形,说明拉伸后纤维表皮细胞变长变薄,细度下降明显.纤维拉伸过程中髓质层空腔变得紧密,皮质细胞间质的裂缝一定程度上弥合.晶粒结构趋于紧密完善,纤维密实化,密度增加,拉伸率90%的纤维相比于原毛,密度增加近4%,综合因素导致拉伸后纤维实际细化率超过理论细化率.

Abstract:The surface modality and interior structure of yak hair will change after slenderizing treatment,the diameter of the fiber is decreased obviously,and the actual rate of slenderizing markedly exceed the theoretic rate of slenderizing.The results showed that the cuticular cell of slenderizing yak hair became longer and thinner,the scales of yak fibers were stretched and their height were increased,the section of the slenderized yak hair was elliptic,the diameter decreased obviously.During the process of stret...
