光纤端面脉冲激光诱导损伤测试实验研究

摘    要:为了研究光纤端面在脉冲激光作用下的损伤阈值,采用掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光器诱导损伤测试方法,获得了光纤端面脉冲激光诱导损伤特性的初步结果。结果表明,光纤端面的处理工艺、表面质量、清洁程度及激光损伤探测光源的重复频率对损伤测试结果均有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:In order to study the damage threshold of fiber end faces under pulsed laser condition, a pulsed Nd:YAG laser was adopted to measure the laser induced damage characteristics. The results showed that the process, the optical quality, the surface perfection of the fiber end face, the repetition frequency of pulsed laser had important effect on the damage threshold.
