氨基磺酸催化合成乙酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:用氨基磺酸作催化剂 ,环己烷作带水剂 ,使乙酸与异戊醇反应 ,合成乙酸异戊酯。研究了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素的影响。得出最佳工艺条件为 :n(乙酸 )∶ n(异戊醇 ) =1∶ 1 .1 ,催化剂用量为 1 g/mol乙酸 ,反应温度为 1 1 0~ 1 2 0℃ ,反应时间为 2 h,最高产率达 97.6% ,催化剂可重复使用 ,但需补加1 0 %~ 2 0 %的新催化剂。

Abstract:The synthesis of isoamyl acetate with aminosulfonic acid as catalyst and cyclohexane as water carrying agent was studied, and the influences of the raw material ratio, the amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the yield were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions are: n(acetic acid)∶n(isoamy alcohol)=1∶1.1, catalyst 1 g/ mol acetic acid, reaction temperature 110~120 ℃, reaction time 2 h. The max yield is 97.6%, and the catalyst can be reused, but must supply fresh supply fresh catalyst 10%~20%.
