摘    要:AMR-WB+用了全局增益和pre/de—shaping技术调整量化数据动态范围,但这种处理方法存在无法集中调整局部频段量化质量和高频量化质量降低2个缺陷。提出了一种新的基于峰值调整和多缩放因子的频谱整形技术,该技术可克服以上2个缺陷,并给出了主观和客观评价。

Abstract:The global gain and pre/de-shaping technique is adopted AMR-WB+ to adjust the dynamic range of quantized data. There are two disadvantages in this technique. One is that this technique can not concentrate on adjusting the quantizing quality of part of spectrum,and the other is that this technique debases the quantizing quality of high frequency.
