| 摘 要： | 总结了“电气工程及其自动化”专业创建江苏省品牌专业的历程、举措及经验等。根据江苏省品牌专业建设目标和时代发展对高素质人才的需求，阐述了专业建设目标和改革思路，制订了培养方案和课程体系，通过深化教学改革。提高师资水平，建立完整的教学管理体系，全面推进教学质量工程。取得了较好成绩。最后介绍了我们的一些体会和认识。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the process, measures ana thinking lectrical Engineering and Its Automation to the top brand in Jiangsu province. According to the aims of the top brand and the requirements for the talents in new era, the development target of the speciality and the reform guidelines are expatiated. The cultivating scheme and the course systems are developed. Moreover, an integrated management system for teaching and learning is established to ensure the order of teaching activities. Finally, our experience and cognition are presented. |
