无机填料改性ABS树脂的研究

摘    要:将经过表面改性后的无机粒子填充改性ABS。通过力学性能、熔体流动速率、维卡软化点等性能的表征,考察各种常用的无机填料对ABS的改性效果。实验结果表明,由于纳米碳酸钙的“小尺寸效应”及“表面效应”等特殊效应,用其填充改性的ABS具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract:The inorganic fillers which surface were modified, were used for ABS filling modification. Identifying with mechanical property, MFR, Vicat softening temperature, the influence of usual inorganic fillers on ABS by surface modification was illustrated. The results show that the better compound system was available by using modifier and filled with nano- CaCO3 because of its surface effect and small size effect.
