投资项目模糊评价系统设计

该文针对投资项目论证结论和项目实现运行相差甚远的问题，以专家对项目面对面的定性论证方式为突破口，构建了专家论证指标体系，专家对项目背靠函评量化打分，采用多层次模糊评价原理对数据进行处理，并利用VB语言完成这一评价过程的系统设计，以提高投资项目的综合论证能力和准确性。

Design of Fuzzy Evaluation System in Investment Project

In view of the great difference between argumentation result of investment project and the real function of project, and in the method of face to face expert qualitative argumentation on the investment project, the expert argumentation index system is established in this paper. In order to improve the comprehensive assessment capacity and accuracy of investment project, a dual-blinded assessment in letters method is suggested. The data are processed from multi-level fuzzy assessments based on the points given by-experts according to the assessment index with the design of evaluation system finished by VB language.
