摘    要:基于群时延的概念,把对相位的均衡转化为对群时延的调节。采用环行器与波导加载谐振腔相级联的方法设计了一种Ku波段群时延均衡器,该均衡器具有全通网络特性。给出了波导加载矩形谐振腔结构的等效电路,分析了该结构各参量对其相移的影响。应用HFSS软件对这一结构进行仿真,结果表明,通过改变加载腔的长度和位置,能够改变谐振频率和群时延,且满足在Ku频段内损耗小于1.2dB的指标。最后对加工的实物进行测试,并分析了测试结果与仿真结果存在误差的原因。

Abstract:The phase equilibrium is transformed to the group delay adjustment based on the concept of group delay. A group delay equalizer is designed by cascading a circulator and a waveguide loaded cavity,and the group delay equalizer shows the characteristic of the all-pass network. The equivalent circuit of the rectangular waveguide loaded cavity is given,and the influence of the structure parameters is analyzed. The simulation results based on the HFSS software shows that the resonant frequency are adjustable by changing the length and location,and the loss could be less than 1. 2dB in the Ku band. Finally the real structure is tested,and the reason of error between the test results and the simulation results is analyzed.
