高职院校教书育人体系的探索与实践

教育活动中"教书"与"育人"是有机统一的,我国高职院校教书育人现状不容乐观,尚未形成健全、成熟、有效的教书育人体系。高职院校构建教书育人体系,可以加强师德建设,专业教师在专业技能教学中开展德育;改革思想政治理论课教学,使德育更贴近专业;引入企业家做兼职班主任,企业班主任参与教书育人;实行专业导师制,专业导师走进班级;实施班主任助理制,发挥学长辅助引导作用。

Exploration and Practice of Teaching and Educating System in Higher Vocational Colleges

In educational activities, teaching and educating are organically unified. The current situation of the teaching and educating sys- tem in higher vocational colleges in our country is not optimal. A sound, mature and effective teaching and educating system has not formed yet. To build such a system, the construction of teacher＇ morality should be strengthened; the teaching of ideological and political theories should be reformed; entrepreneurs should be introduced to be part-time class supervisors; tutorial system should be carried out and teacher assistant system should be implemented.
