羟丙基纤维素/壳聚糖抗菌剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以天然纤维素醚衍生物羟丙基纤维素和壳聚糖为基本原料,制备了羟丙基纤维素/壳聚糖(CSPC)抗菌剂。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重一差热分析(TG-DSC)、静置法、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)对CSPC抗菌剂进行表征,结果表明该抗菌剂一方面具有优良的抑菌特性,且抑制真菌生长的能力强于细菌,另一方面具有对温度的敏感特性,CSPC抗菌剂耐温性可达250℃,且酸碱稳定性良好。

Abstract:CSPC antibacterial agent was prepared with nature cellulose ether derivatives named hydroxypropylcellulose and chitosan as raw materials. Its properties were characterized by FT-IR, TG-DSC, precipitation method and MIC. Results showed that CSPC antibacterial agent had excellent inhibition-activity and thermo-sensitive property, inhibiting the growth of fungi was better than bacterium, resistance to high temperature can reach 250℃ and stability in acid and/or alkali solutions was good.
