Abstract:The article clarifies the significance and the strategies of opening up the market, initiating to improve power quality, adhering to service-oriented and taking the initiative to take part in the competition, in accordance with the law and regulations to protect the market for the long-term operation of the work. It is recommended to establish the electricity market security mechanism, strengthen and improve the management of the power sales market.
