摘    要:文中介绍了一种基于ZigBee技术的连续压机热压板坯内部温度和压力的无线传感器网络监控系统.该系统由数据采集终端、采集路由器、网络控制终端和监控上位机组成.该系统采用ZigBee星型拓扑结构,网络控制终端作为协调器,其他设备作为路由器.ZigBee网络由Freescale的MC13213构建,热压板坯内部温度和压力由热电偶和高温压力传感器在数据采集终端现场获得,网络控制终端通过串口数据通信方式将测量数据上传至监控上位机,上位机监控软件由实时监控模块、数据库管理模块和系统管理模块组成.

Abstract:A wireless sensor network for monitoring the temperature and pressure in continuous press mat was described.It composed of a data acquirement device,routers,a network controller and a PC.The network adopted the star topology type,it took network controller as coordinator,and other devices as router.The ZigBee network was made of MC13213.The mat's temperature and pressure were in-situ acquired in a data acquirement device by a thermocouple and a SOI high-temperature press sensor.The network controller commun...
