| 摘 要： | YB47型硬盒包装机二号轮接杆首次定位调整后,在实物试车时需要进行二次调整,调整繁琐且耗时.为此,通过对二号轮接杆的定位原理和调整方法进行分析,设计制作了一组新工装代替专用件和原工装.二号轮接杆新调整方法应用到5台机组的使用效果表明,5台机组的二号轮接杆在实物试车时没有进行二次调整,二号轮接杆首次定位准确率均达到100%,机组平均调整时间由原来的120 min缩短到9.2 min,节省调整时间约92.3%,提高了工作效率.
