| 摘 要： | 选用硝酸和过氧化氢的混合消解液对脐橙进行封闭微波消解,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)直接测定脐橙中微量硅、铝、铁、钙、镁、钾、钠、磷、硫的含量。该方法检出限符合规范要求,方法回收率94.0%～107.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<5%。该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,且溶样过程无污染,方法简便、快速。

| Abstract: | After the closed microwave digestion of navel orange from South Jiangxi Province with a mixed digestion liquid of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,ICP-AES was applied to directly determine trace silicon,aluminum,iron,calcium,magnesium,potassium,sodium,phosphorus and sulfur in it.The method,with the detection limit up to the standard concerned,a recovery of 94.0%-107.0% and an RSD 5.0%,is featured by good accuracy and precision,satisfactory simplicity and rapidness,and no contamination during sample dissolving. |
