摘    要:基于Color-Eye 7000A分光光谱仪,采用L*a*b*均匀颜色空间的颜色表征方法对我国57个产地C3F等级烟叶表面颜色进行测量和分析,并对测量数据进行了方差分析、聚类分析和对应分析.结果表明:①我国烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色色空间分布特征为:L*50~64,a* 13~19,b*41~55,C*44~58,不同产区烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色特征参数存在极显著差异;②我国不同产区烤烟C3F等级烟叶表面颜色特征分为4类,并呈区域性分布,第一类主要集中在东南烟区,第二类主要集中在黄淮和北方烟区,第三类主要集中在四川产区,第四类主要集中在云南、贵州、重庆和湖北产区,聚类结果与当前烟叶颜色主观定性判定结果基本吻合;③第一类和第三类产地烟叶与红绿色品指数a*较为邻近,第四类和第三类产地烟叶与黄蓝色品指数b*较为邻近,第四类和第二类产地烟叶与明度L*较为邻近,第三类和第四类产地烟叶与色饱和度C*较为邻近;颜色特征参数与样品产地间的对应关系与聚类分析结果中各类烟叶表面颜色色空间分布特征一致.
