基于虚拟仪器的雷达电路板自动测试系统

摘    要:为了解决传统电路板测试系统的单一性和专用性缺点,满足不同电路板的自动测试需求,基于虚拟仪器技术和面向信号的自动测试技术,设计并实现了一种雷达电路板自动测试系统.该系统基于PXI总线技术构建通用的硬件测试框架,软件平台采用TPS开发和运行相分离的形式,实现了测试策略及测试流程的可视化编辑,以及测试诊断的自动化和测试报告的自动生成.
