基于PCI和FPGA的转台检测系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于PCI和FPGA的转台检测系统从硬件到软件设计的解决方案,实现了对转台角速率、角位置控制精度、角加速度的测量,并给出了测试实例.该解决方案通过FPGA实时采集系统采集光栅传感器信号,经PCI总线以DMA方式向计算机传输数据,最后由计算机应用软件做数据处理并显示、存储.

Abstract:This paper introduced the turntable testing system based on FPGA and PCI bus and presented examples of the test.The system can measure the turntable angular velocity,angular position control precision and angular acceleration.Realtime data were collected by FPGA data acquisition system and transferred on PCI bus to computer for data processing by the computer application software.
