基于紫外光的白酒杂质检测系统

摘    要:白酒过滤中杂质沉淀物的检测一直是个难题,在深入剖析紫外光检测原理技术的基础上,利用杂质沉淀物对紫外光具有吸收峰这一特性,开发了紫外光检测转置,并采用P89V51RD2、SJA1000和PCA82C250构成CAN总线控制器,完成系统通信,结合上位机编程,开发了白酒杂质检测系统,可以精确地检测到杂质的存在,并及时完成报警和控制.
