基于ARM7处理器的车载式无线监控称重仪设计

摘    要:文中设计的车载式称重无线监控仪,能够将仪器的运行状态,卡车的称重数据、位置、速度、报警等信息,通过无线的方式实时传送到监控中心.监控中心通过每辆卡车绑定的SIM卡号,进行身份识别,实时监控各卡车的运营状态.为保证仪器稳定工作,多串口技术、GPRS无线通信技术、GPS定位技术、重量倾角补偿技术、防拆卸等技术在设计中得到了充分的应用.该仪器既可称重,又可实现无线监控,已成功应用于建筑垃圾处理、高速公路超载超速监测等领域.

Abstract:On-vehicle weighting and wireless monitoring instrument based on ARM7 can get instrument's operating status,truck's weight data,position,speed,alarm and other information,which are sent to monitor center by wireless network on real-time.From SIM card number located on each truck,the monitor center can recognize truck's identification and monitor the working status of each truck.In order to make instrument work stable,multi-UART,GPRS communication,GPS orientation,weight compensation for angle,loose-proof fas...
