摘    要:以染料残渣中重金属为研究对象,从重金属对人体的危害和样品收集及分析方法出发,对染料残渣焚烧处理过程中重金属的迁移特性及迁移机理进行了全面的综述和分析。影响重金属迁移特性的主要因素为焚烧温度及残渣中氯的含量,有机氯比无机氯对重金属迁移的影响大,更容易使重金属由固态向气态迁移。对重金属的迁移特性进行论述将为进一步对其在焚烧处理过程中固化、稳定化的研究提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Heavy metal in dyestuff-residue is studied. Starting from the dangers of heavy metals to human body, the caption ways and analysis methods, it gives overview and analysis to the transfer characteristics and mechanism of heavy metal in dyestuff-residue incineration. The main factors which impact the transfer characteristics are the temperature of the incinerator and the contents of chlorine in the dyestuff-residue. The effect of organic chlorine is lager than inorganic chlorine. Organic chlorine is easier to change the heavy metal from solid to gas than inorganic chlorine. This paper will provide theory bases to the stabilization and solidification of heavy metal during incineration.
