摘    要:赵68井是为了解冀中的坳陷晋县凹陷中南部赵县潜山的含油气情况设计的一口重点预探井,完钻井深4771.4m,该井在井深2120m和4084m有两个断层,并有235m厚的膏质泥冻岩层段,易发生井漏,井壁坍塌等复杂情况,针对这种情况,上部井段采用聚合物粘井注液,控制滤失量小于3mL,pH值大于10,顺利钻穿膏泥岩层,现场应用表明,聚磺钻井液体系具有较好的抑制和较强的防塌,防漏,防卡能力,满足了赵68井各自段钻井施工的要求。

Abstract:Zhao-68 well is an important exploration well drilled in Huabei Oilfield with a TD of 4771. 4 m. Two faults exit in 2120 m and -1084m. and a 233 m-thick evaporite bed potentially leads to lost circulation and well sloughing. Polymer fluid is used in the upper part, and 235 m above evaporite bed. convert to polysulfonate drilling fluid, control filtrate volume less than 5 mL and pH more than 10. Field using shows the fluid possesses good shale control, strong sloughing and lost circulation prevention and etc. . The fluid system can meet the operation requirements of Zhao-68 well.
