摘    要:综合管廊是将城市地下所有类型管道集于一体的设施.管廊设施的防水效果直接影响其后期使用寿命.对此以南京江北新区综合地下管廊工程为例,结合其工程特点,对各项影响因素进行分析,在此基础上合理选择防水材料、布设防水层和防水系统,以确保地下综合管廊的防水效果.

Abstract:The comprehensive pipe gallery integrates all types of underground urban pipes.The waterproof effect of the pipe gallery during the construction period has a direct influence on the later service period.Taking the comprehensive underground pipe gallery project in Jiangbei New District of Nanjing as an example,and combined with the engineering characteristics of the pipe gallery,this paper analyzes various influencing factors,and puts forward measures including the selection of waterproof materials,the arrangement of waterproof layers and waterproof system,to ensure the waterproof effect of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery.
