铁路工程框架立交涵顶进施工工艺探讨

摘    要:结合工程实例,从邻近营业线施工铁路沉降监测、工作基坑制作、支点桩施工、框架涵顶进四方面分析铁路工程框架立交涵顶进施工工艺和要点。结果表明相较于传统施工,顶进施工对铁路工程干扰更小、在保证铁路正常运行下施工周期更短,但其工艺复杂,需结合工程特性对其各道工序严格把控才能保证施工质量。

Abstract:Combined with the project example,the construction technology and key points of frame overpass culvert construction and jacking culvert construction in railway engineering are analyzed from four aspects,i.e.the settlement monitoring of adjacent business line construction railway,the production of working foundation pit,the construction of fulcrum pile,and jacking of frame culvert.The analysis shows that the construction technology of frame overpass culvert and jacking culvert in railway engineering is complex,and the construction quality can be guaranteed only by combining the engineering characteristics and strictly controlling the quality of each process.Compared with the traditional construction method,the interference caused by jacking construction is relatively small,which can shorten the construction period under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the railway.
