消光PVC与PVC-SG3配合制备电缆料

摘    要:研究了在70℃阻燃PVC电缆料配方中,消光PVC树脂的用量对制品电性能和力学性能的影响,结果表明:消光PVC树脂的用量为50份时,试样的综合性能较好,且达到了GB/T 8815—2008中规定的J-70 PVC电缆料的指标及加工厂家的要求;同时,电缆料的配方成本比全部采用消光PVC树脂降低了9.29%。

Abstract:Influences of dosages of extinction PVC resin on the electrical property and mechani- cal property of fire-retardant PVC products at 70 ℃ were studied. The results showed that when the dosages of extinction PVC resin were 50 parts, the sample had good comprehensive properties, and could reach the indexes in GB/T 8815-2008 about J - 70 pvc cable materials and satisfy the requirements of processing plants, meanwhile, the formula cost of cable material was cut down by 9.29% compared with that composed of extinction PVC resin only.
