离心泵叶轮轴面流道设计的一种新方法

摘    要:提出了一种设计离心泵叶轮轴面流道的新方法。在确定叶轮后盖板的轴面流道曲线后,从过流断面积F沿流道中线L线性变化出发,推导出前盖板曲线的离散迭代公式。实例表明,该方法比圆弧-直线的前盖板轴面曲线的F-L曲更接近于直线,即流道变化更均匀。此外,旨出了误差的大小和产生原因。

Abstract:A new method for designing the axial profile of impellers of centrifugal pumps is presented. After the axial profile curves of back shroud are determined, the iterative formulae for calculating the curves of front shroud of impeller are derived in such a way that the flow passage area of the impeller profile varies with the middle curve of passage L linearly. The result calculated by this method has a better F-L curve than that by combination of arc and line. In addition, the amount of error and the reason for itsoccurence are discussed.
