| 摘 要： | 以镇江金山水城四期保障房项目为例,依据绿色建筑评估体系中节能、节水、节地、节材、室内环境和运营管理六部分要求,选用了符合该项目特点、造价相对经济的被动式节能技术和适宜性的绿色技术,达到了绿色建筑二星级的目标要求。

| Abstract: | Taking Zhenjiang Jinshan Shuicheng ~fordable residential district phase four as an example, on the basis of the green building assess ment system six parts of energy saving water saving land saving, material saving, indoor environment and operation management, designers choose the passive energy saving technology and green technology for fit the project characteristics and have economic cost of construction. The work would realize the goal of green building two-star requirements. |
