摘    要:介绍了钢结构管道支架的一般设计原则及常用结构类型,以某钢厂大型煤气管道支架设计为例,用有限元方法计算了钢构件采用不同截面时的应力及自重,通过比较分析,总结出合理、经济的管道支架优化设计原则,以达到优化设计的目的。

Abstract:Introduces the general design principles of steel structure of pipe support and common structure type, taking a large gas pipe support design for example, steel members with different section of the stress and weight is calculated by using finite element method, through eomparative analysis, summarize the reasonable, eeonomieal pipe support design principles, so as to achieve the goal of optimal design.
