超强吸水树脂改善海工混凝土性能研究

摘    要:通过超强吸水树脂SAP对海工混凝土及内掺粉煤灰海工混凝土的力学性能、收缩性能、抗渗性能等实验分析,结果表明:适当掺加SAP,SAP在养护期间释放出吸附的自由水供水泥颗粒继续水化,保证养护期间水分的充足,从而明显改善海工混凝土的性能,尤其是早期收缩性能。对于内掺粉煤灰海工混凝土,SAP的最佳掺量应根据粉煤灰的掺量而定。

Abstract:Through the experiments of mechanical performances, shrinkage deformation and impermeability of marine concrete and marine con crete with fly ash added, it was thought that the proper content of SAP added eould release free water for cement particle adsorption to continue hydrating during the curing stage, guarantee adequate water. So, SAP could significantly improve the performances of marine eoncrete, especially the early shrinkage deformation. As to marine eonerete with fly ash added, the appropriate content of SAP added should be aeeording to the amount of fly ash.
