| Abstract: | The paper researches the relationship among high fill water content moisture content, the compactness, and dielectric constant, and undertakes the feasible analysis of the measurement of the soil water content and compactness with ground penetrating radar based on the basic principle for the ground penetrating radar, so as to provide some scientific reference for the evaluation and acceptance of the engineering quality of highfill. |
