| 摘 要： | 分析了建筑工程项目人力资源绩效评估的特征,从工作态度、工作能力、个人业绩三个方面构建了项目的人力资源绩效评估体系,并采用AHP方法说明了对各个指标进行权重确定的方法,以供参考。
