| 摘 要： | 通过对LW17-220型SF6断路器在运行中出现的SF6气体泄漏、压缩空气泄漏等各种问题,分别进行总结、分析进而给出解决方法。提出了改进空压机过滤器增强其过滤性能、增加管道空气阀门提高检修工作效率、改造机构工作缸罩避免鸟类筑巢等措施。通过这些方法和改进措施的实施,使LW17-220 型SF6断路器的运行稳定性得到了提高。

| Abstract: | Through summarizing and analysing various kinds of problems such as leakage of compressed air and SF6 gas, which appear at type LW17 -220 SF6 circuit breaker operation, and the solutions are provided separately. Furthermore, measures are offered, such as, improvement of the air compressor filter to strengthen performance of the filter, addition of the pipeline air valve to improve efficiency of the work, and updating the cover of the mechanism to prevent the birds from nesting etc. With the implementation of the measures, the stability of type LW17-220 SF6 circuit breaker is improved. |
