摘    要:连续油管钻井技术是20世纪90年代初迅速发展起来的一项低成本高效率的钻井技术,在井深1 000 m以内的井,过油管重入钻井和欠平衡钻井等方面具有独特优势,被认为将是替代常规钻井方法的钻井新技术。在回顾连续油管钻井技术背景和发展现状的基础上,分析了连续油管的可靠性、连续油管钻井流体摩擦压力损失和连续油管钻井携岩技术、连续油管钻井关键技术理论研究进展。介绍了连续油管钻井装备和工具的最新发展和应用,阐述了连续油管钻井技术的主要应用领域和微小井眼连续油管钻井技术发展现状,对连续油管钻井技术应用前景和发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Since the early 1990s, the coiled tubing drilling(CTD) technology has grown as a low cost and high efficiency drilling technology, which has such an advantage of  re entry drilling and UBD drilling in wellbores below 1000 m of the well depth, and the CDT technology was deemed as a new drilling technology to substitute for conventional drilling technologies. Based on the review of the background and the state of the art of CTD technology, the CT reliability, the pressure loss caused by CTD fluid friction, the cutting carrying during CTD, and the recent theoretical studies are analyzed. And the recent development and application of CTD equipment and downhole tools are introduced, the main CTD technology application scenarios and the status quo of CT microdrilling are described. Finally, the application prospects and development trend of CTD technology are forecast.
