大红山铜矿二选厂选矿设计中有关问题的探讨

摘    要:大红山铜矿二选厂由于以处理低品位矿石为主,故效益风险较大。采取措施降低能源和成本,搞好综合利用,提高金属回收率,就成为提高效益、保证项目成功的关键。为适应这一要求,笔者对选矿设计在工艺流程和设备选择等方面所涉及的有关问题进行了探讨,并阐述了该设计的特点和建设效果。

Abstract:There is a larger profit risk because Dahonogshan No. 2 Mineral Processing Plant is mainly to treat low - grade ore. Therefore, to take actions such as reducing energy consumption and cost, doing well in comprehensive utilization, and improving metal recovery is becoming the key point to increase profit and to ensure the project success. In a bid for this requirement, the problems involved in process flow and devices selection during mineral processing design were discussed, and design features and construction effect were expounded.
