安徽某铁矿选矿工艺流程探讨

摘    要:安徽某铁矿石中主要铁矿物为磁铁矿,采用阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选可选别出品位65.25%、回收率80.33%的铁精矿;选铁尾矿先混合浮选再分离得到品位15.04%、回收率72.51%的铜精矿和品位47.4%、回收率83.93%的硫精矿,实现了资源的充分利用。

Abstract:Main ferrous mineral in the iron ore is magnetite.In this study,a iron concentrate of 65.25%TFe could be obtained with a recovery of 80.33% by a process of "stage grinding-stage low-intensity magnetic separation".Then,a copper concentrate of 15.04%Cu and a sulfur concentrate of 47.4%S could be obtained respectively with recovery of 72.51% and 83.93% by a process of "bulk flotation-separation flotation" from the above tailings.In this way,all useful minerals can be reclaimed comprehensively.
