| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了电力程控调度交换机组网测试的可能性和必要性，结合辽宁电网调度电话业务的现状及存在的问题，提出辽宁电网调度电话实现数字组网的测试解决方案，并重点论述了在国内几家生产厂调度电话交换机互连互通测试过程中的技术指标和组网性能。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the possibility and necessity of the test with exchangers for electric power dispatching about the mutual communication.We present a test scheme for constructing a network according to the practice of the communication services for Liaoning Province Electric Power Dispatching,and discuss the performance and technology about communication with some kinds of exchangers for electric power dispatching. |
