摘    要:对80mm厚的大型铝罐进行爆炸切割,需要设计柔性线型聚能装药,采用比较成熟的正交设计法进行优化设计.利用正交表安排试验,然后用数值模拟数据代替试验数据,采用综合平衡法分析数值模拟结果,得出优化后的结构参数,并用试验验证数值模拟的正确性.

Abstract:In order to cut large aluminum jar with 80mm thickness, the flexible linear shaped charge (LSC) is need to be designed, and a relatively mature method of orthogonal design is adopted to optimize factors of LSC. The orthogonal layout is used to arrange tests and data of numerical simulations is substituted for the data of tests, and then the synthesized balance method is adopted to analyze the data of numerical simulation and optimized configuration factors are obtained. At last tests are used to validate the correctness of the numerical simulation.
