| 摘 要： | 本文对双边常规仲裁中仲裁人的行为做了深入探讨,建立了用于仲裁双边冲突的两阶段效用规划模型,在此基础上提出了仲裁局势的边际解概念,并对一种常见的仲裁局势给出了边际解的一些重要性质。在应用研究中,本文引入了满意函数以替代效用函数,以此得出了两阶段满意规划仲裁模型。

| Abstract: | In this paper , the authors discuss deeply the bilateral conventional arbitration problems. The authors construct two - stage utility programming models for arbitrating dispute, and propose the concept of marginal solution to arbitrating situation, and then discuss the property of marginal solution to a common arbitrating situation. Introducing satisfaction function instead of utility function, the authors obtain two -stage satisfaction programming arbitrating procedure. |
