反求工程及其在UG中的实现

摘    要:目前,传统的产品设计方法已经满足不了市场的快速发展和客户的个性化要求,反求工程应运而生.反求工程又称逆向工程技术,是20世纪80年代末期发展起来的一项先进制造技术.随着我国的机械设计制造等技术水平的提高,反求工程技术将会越来越成熟、使用也将越来越广泛.本文对反求工程的定义和方法是行了介绍,论述了UG软件在反求工程设计中的应用,主要着重讨论了CAD三维模型的建立和后处理等实现过程,并给出了反求集成开发的工作流程.

Abstract:At present,conventional product-design methods can not satisfy the rapid developing market and personal reverse from guests, reverse engineering emerged in the end of the eighties of the 20th century as the time require, It is a advanced manufacturing technology. With the developing of mechanic design and manufacture technologies in our country, reverse engineering technology will be more and more mature and its application will be more and more common. this paper introduces the definition and methods of reverse engineering, outlines the application of UG software in reverse engineering design, mainly discusses the realization of CAD 3D model building and post process etc, and proposes the work flow of reverse engineering integrated development.
