摘    要:基于0.35 μm CMOS工艺,采用全模拟电路设计实现了温度补偿晶体振荡器芯片(ATCXO).设计了新型三次函数发生器补偿电路,并利用E2 PROM记忆系统温度参数实现自动修调;为进一步提高输出频率稳定度,设计了振荡器电压稳定电路,消除电源电压的影响.仿真结果表明,在-40℃~+100℃宽温度范围内,工作电压为3.3...

Abstract:An analog TCXO(Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator)chip was designed in a 0.35 μm CMOS process.A novel cubic functional variation of voltage circuit with embedded E2PROM Auto-trimming has achieved a temperature compensation function;To further enhance the output frequency stability,a stable oscillator circuit was designed to eliminate the impact of supply voltage.The test results showed that the ATCXO achieved ±2.0×10-6/-40 ℃~100 ℃,frequency stability with the supply voltage ±1.5×10-6.The measured worst phase noise is-115 dBc/Hz and-136 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz and 1 kHz respectively.
