煤矿抽放瓦斯综合利用CDM项目方法学研究

摘    要:中国煤矿瓦斯CDM项目发展潜力巨大;但是由于CDM是个新生事物,并且煤矿瓦斯的抽放情况复杂多样,目前,还没有相关的方法学获得EB(Executive Board,联合国国执行理事会)的批准,这成为煤矿瓦斯CDM项目发展的瓶颈。本文介绍了现已申报的两个煤矿抽放瓦斯综合利用CDM项目方法学的主要内容,分析了其中存在的缺陷和不足,并且提出了相应的意见和建议,希望能给以后相关方面的研究带来一定的启发和帮助。

Abstract:The development of coal bed methane clean development mechanism (CDM) in China possesses a great potential. However up to now the relative baseline methodology has not been approved by EB which becomes a bottleneck for coal bed methane CDM project development due to coal bed methane extraction situation at different coalmine is various and complex and the CDM is a newly emerging things. The main content of two applied baseline methodologies of coal bed methane comprehensive utilization CDM project was introduced in this paper, and its weakness was analyzed. At the same time, the suggestions were provided. It is expected that, this paper could give some reference to the later researches.
