在造气生产中,不规范使用自动阀门的现象还相当普遍,由此给企业造成了很大的经济损失.对阀径、阀位、阀型和阀类的选择以及座板阀安装、阀门泄漏、阀门运行速度、座板阀中阀腔认识方面存在的误区进行了分析,并对运行中存在“阀待”的经济损失进行了计算,以期引起对科学应用自动阀门的重视.

Misunderstandings in Use of Automatic Valves

In gasification it is quite widespread to use abnormally automatic valves, thereby bringing great economic loss to the enterprises. An analysis is made of misunderstandings in the knowledge of valve diameter, valve location, valve type and valve kind selection, mounting of base plate valve, valve leakage, valve working speed, and cavity in saddling valve, and a calculation is made of the economic loss caused by ＂valve waiting＂ in operation, so as to attach importance to the scientific use of the automatic valves.
